"In my opinion, this was a true emergency. We were packed and heading out the door on vacation when I noticed the furnace wasn't working and making noises. I immediately called Cook Heating and they came within an hour. The furnace was leaking fluids and operating on emergency electrci heat only.

We discussed the options of repair vs. new service and opted for a new furnace with humidifier. We left on vacation with a promise they would not let the house be without heat, would remove the old furnace, install a new furnace, filter system and humidifier, all while we were gone.

When we returned everything was completed as promised. A repairman came out and explained all the operations and components of the new electric heat pump installation.

We missed all the tear-out and replacement. Instead we had a great vacation and came home to a nice, new, quiet furnace!"
